Cancellation Policy

If you need to move your appointment, please let us know within 48 hours; this ensures your deposit gets moved with your appointment. Failure to let us know ahead of time forfeits your deposit, thus another 50% deposit will be required to book again. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, I will use my discretion on a refund and/or moving your deposit for the new appointment. Deposits are non-refundable once the design process has begun
